I recently started going to this Jiffy Lube location, and I’m so glad I did! The staff is always friendly, professional, and welcoming. My experience with Lane and Sean this morning was especially exceptional—they were both incredibly kind, efficient, and took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. It’s not often you come across customer service like this, and they definitely deserve the recognition. Thank you both for making what could have been a stressful morning such a positive experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Service was okay. The employees were pretty accomodating. The oil change was pretty fast, it took about 15 mins, and they told me they will change the engine air filter for free, so I was really happy about that. After paying and driving off the lot, I noticed that my car is making loud noises than usual, I just thought this was nothing. I checked the engine and come to find out, they forgot to put the air filter! I was really disappointed.

I thought this place was good, but I’m very upset now. I came there on 5-31-26. I had my oil change done. Alicia and Johnathan helped me. Once they were done with my oil change, Alicia told me everything was fine besides changing my brake fluid. Then about 3 weeks later , I get emailed a vehicle report saying all this stuff was wrong with my jeep. I don’t know if they told me the truth, or the report is right. I will be up there this week to have it checked out again.I want to be at peace when I drive, and feel safe. I called back like two weeks later, after I received the report. Johnathan told me he didn’t know what it was, ok but it was emailed from Jiffy Lube. You work there, and don’t know what the vehicle report is.I trusted them, and this is what I get in return, smh.

As a college student, it can be hard to find places that don't charge an arm and a leg for an imaginary problem. Alicia is very sweet and easy to talk to! She walked me through everything going on with my car and made sure I didn't break the bank with things that I didn't need. Caleb changed my oil and replaced my air filters very efficiently. Affordable, reliable, and fast service :)

I have been to this location twice, I went on monday at around 1 to get a state inspection the employees there told me there were special circumstances and the inspector wouldn’t be in that day, which is fine so I asked if I should call before I came in again and they said yes. I called today to make sure I could get the service and the person who responded said that the state inspector is there everyday from 12- close so I felt like an idiot for even asking haha. So I show up within 15 mins of calling and they tell me the inspector just left for lunch and wouldn’t be in for an hour. It’s cool if he didn’t know when the inspector was leaving and just said that but if I knew I wouldn’t have wasted my time. I’m sure they do good work and seem pretty nice but unless you are not a busy person and have no questions that need accurate responses I wouldn’t recommend..
